2 Corinthians 3:17
What stands between you and the freedom Christ offers? The Ethiopian Eunuch was a powerful man, yet despite his influence and wealth, he was searching for something deeper. As he read the book of Isaiah, he longed for understanding. God sent Philip to him at just the right moment. Through a conversation about the Scriptures, the Ethiopian’s eyes were opened to the truth of the Gospel. He asked a simple yet profound question: “What hinders me from being baptized?” What hinders you from fully embracing the freedom Jesus offers? Sometimes, the obstacles are our doubts, fears, or even misunderstandings about faith. Just as the Ethiopian stepped out in faith, we too are called to embrace God’s truth, letting nothing stand in the way of our new life in Christ.
